looks like a good start but you need to work on your lighting. overall the image looks washed out. the sunlight doesn't look natural (too white), as if it were coming from a giant camera flash. are you using the physical camera/sun? also the scene needs more shadows to give it some contrast. i would move the sun over to the left so that the right of the building is in shadow...that should help. glass and brick materials look good though you might reduce the size of your brick map.

Thanks joe,, i used a target direct for the sun and a hdri sky for the enviroment. for this image i dont use physical camera and sun... i use a standart target camera and in the color mapping i use exponential type and the values for the dark multiplier i use 6.4 and for the bright multiplier i use 2.8. I made a few images with the sun located to the left but my boss dont like it because the bulding is too large and it apear to cold... i making some previews to give more contrast to the image playing with the bright and dark multipliers in the color mapping but you have right with the giant camera flash effect,, im trying to reduce it using lower values for the bright multiplier,,

Id move the the sun by about 90 degrees clockwise so it shines from the left side of the image.Dusan Bosnjak

something looks odd, do you have 2 suns in your scene?

If you have a "fill" light at 90° of your sun (the second sun jack is talking about) try turning it off, and compensate with the skylight instead. If it's you skylight, try dimming it down.

My guess is that the dark/bright multiplier values are not helping. I would leave these at 1 and use the vray frame buffer to tweak the exposure.
