Spots

This screen schot is pre-pass, but you can see the spots. What is causing this and how do I get rid of them?

They look like reflections too me. Hard to tell specifically from the LC pass.

They are most probably caustics - reflections of the lamps in glossy surfaces.

If you have reflective caustics on, try turning them off and see if it helps.

vlado is right, but if you want the caustics...let the photons fly

It was specular in my carpet.... removed it and spots are gone.
