    Done with 3dsmax9 and VRay 1.5 RC3.

    Render time was 45 minutes, the dof image took a bit longer because it was done with the vray cam and not in post production.

          Thanks for the kind comments.

          I used VRaySun and Sky, its the only light source in the scene.
          Rendersettings are:
          AA: Adaptive QMC 2/8 | Catmull-Rom
          IR: Medium Preset | 50 HShp Samples | 25 Interpol. Samples
          LC: 1200 | Size 0,01
          Color Mapping: Reinhard | Burn value: 0,15
          rQMC: 0,7 | 0,005 | 20 | 2

          Rendered on a Dual Opteron 285.

              i would do an override on the GI generated by the yellow pillows. maybe limit it to about 0.6.

                    thanks for the kind comments.

                    the final output was 3500x2400. i cant say anything about the render time cause it was done over a network. the images i uploaded took 45 minutes, those were the last test renderings i was sending to the client before i rendered the large res.

                      The first image is excellent! The plant leaves in the second image is kind of distracting IMO.
