Looks pretty good! I think however that the background images perspective does not match the forground CG elements and thus makes the scene feel like its tipping over. Here is a paint over showing where the horizon should be if you follow your perspective lines to their vanishing point.

Haha, maybe it IS me! :P , but hey, i stand by my words, it really is a joy to have a dirty mind.
But when i see Daforce make a remark about something funny i start to look for something funny, still no excuse. Help me dr. Freud i think i need help .A full render queu is a thing of beauty !

Moondoggie - the sky and background is a photograph mapped onto a plane and lit independantly from the rest of the scene using an omni light.

Here is an update with the horizon postion modified in line with Tims's suggestion.
