  • Hopital Entrance with garden

    Hello everybody !

I've just finished computing this image with Vray.
It was the first time I used "Detail enhancement"...I just let it on its
default value...Well, I should have tried it before... The calculs were so
    long in 2048x1536...About 12 hours...
Ok, the result is very good compared to another render with this option
    unchecked...But so long...
There are GI errors on the big sculpture...

For the rest of the image, all the plants are made by ARBORETUM.
    See the website below:
    http://perso.orange.fr/GLG3D/arboretum.html

    The image:

About ARBORETUM, the next version of the series 1 is integrating
trunk textures with relief and displacement as checkbox. There is also
a checkbox to refine branches if you need to see the tree closer.

I try to see if it is possible to get Full 3D leaves instead of opacity map
but I don't really know how to do it from a map of a leaf...I have to do it.

the next release should be available this month. It's already ready but
I didn't take the time to put it on the server...Sorry...
    Have Fun.

pretty well done. i dont care for the tile in the 'lil' pool though. it looks like swimming pool tile, and that isn't a swimming pool. the clouds in the sky are too hot as well. rest looks pretty good to me

            Salut !

It feels a bit like a dollhouse to me but I really like the ivy on the walls and I think, overall, it has a great sense of place. I like it.

Really good image - however I have to add (as previously stated) that that sky has to go. It's much too dark for the near perfect lighting you have going on in there. Fix that and it will be great!!!
