all in all nice work i guess. It seems to be to "diffuse" tho in my eyes. I'd expect that kind of bricks (they look rather new) to be a bot reflective. As well as the concrete and asphalt. Esl the signs look too "phong" to be true in my eyes....but hey...am not an ArchViz guy
Yeah unless you look closely it loks like its all made up of mostly flat colors.. it needs more texture variation. Also is the size of your brick map correct.. looks way to small.
Plus you got some AA issues going on across the top there.
If there is meant to be a carpark infront of the building, paint in some white lines, maybe a car or too so that its not too distracting.
That tree in the top left of the image, the lighting looks out of whack, or it looks miss place, plus I imagine it would be casting some shadow near the building as well.
The shadows of the people are far off...I would take the light cones out, it's a very sunny day in your renderings to have the lights on....The guy on the left looks a little bit out of scale...try to keep the eyes at the same level of the horizon line.
I also would take the saturation of the trees at the background a little bit down to have sense of depth and the a little gaussian blur to the front first plane tree.

No dis respect Daforce but I think the brick tile size is fine. I get to do loads of buildings with long & high brick facades and I find, as was rightly said, the more landscape furniture/parking lines/tyre marks etc the better. It adds to the realism and detracts from the harsh amount of brickwork in the image. You could also use a few RPC cars - just make sure you add some motion blur so they look like they're moving(bluring also detracts from the fact that they're crap-we don't like RPC stuff)
