did you make the materials? get some from libraries? materials seem to have a very large impact on the lighting(light refelection) and render quality.

I have only one crit about design. choice of bed.
I think if u make a different style bed, this space will look more spacious. maybe peripherals of bed and be built in and bed can be more light structure. that it can have a spacious feeling.

Lighting comes along very nice and realistic, but I guess that the kitchen area needs a bit more room. Maybe the wall seperating the kitchen from the rest of the room is a bit too close to the kitchen line?

One thing I have noticed in my renderings and in yours is a slight aliasing to the edges of geometry - possibly most noticable on the cushions on the bed. Can you see what I mean or am I sitting too close to the monitor ?!
