Here is a church I am finishing and would love feedback to make it better.

It looks a little flat to me. This was a fun one, but I was hoping for the WOW factor.

i usually do this most of my stills.
          1. duplicate the BG layer twice (3 layers total)
          2. turn off top layer
          3. select middle layer and change it from normal to overlay (dropdown just below layers tab)
          4. select bottom layer, type control L to open levels. changed output levels from 0 to 85.
          5. select middle layer and type cntrl E to merge with bottom layer.
          6. turn on top layer and lower its opacity to 50. this blends the high contrast image below with the original.
          7. merge top with bottom
          8. adjust color balance, press control b, give yellows +20
          9. saturation, type cntrl U, give saturation (middle bar) +15-20

hope that helps. those values are just a guide...do what u thinks looks best

            PS

I'll try it, thanks. I usually do tweaks on all my images, but not as far as you.

Bobby, the second image is excellent. Some crit the for first image would be to change the camera angle just a bit so it's not such a worm's eye view, I realize this is probably because you want to get the scale of the building, you might consider a different lens for this effect instead of the low view, or zooming in a bit on the church.

Also I would saturate that brick and desaturate those bushes that are hugging the church.

This is a very nice image, keep it up!

ps, if that's a vray sun, check your turbidity and ozone settings, that might be tinting your color toward green.

The second image is really stunning, the angle, the lighting, the background, overall a great composition.

What sort of sky maps are you using, are they from a library, this one is really nice. Also, where are these foreground cutouts from?

If you don't mind, i edited the grass a bit myself:

                    this is really nice.
green tint i think because of the sky turbidity, if you want to keep it blue, make it just 2, not more, higher value makes it turns orange, and then green..

                    cheers

That last render is really nice.. a little too green as you have mentioned tho. But as the others said. Tweak the sun a little.

Sky map is brilliant... what collection is it part of?

Great work, I really like the second image. For the tinting green, also you can try using the physical camera's white balance. How much time do you
estimate for a project like this?

                            Thanks, JR

                              Church

I moved the sun around so the green isn't an issue anymore. I modeled it in a day, texture mapped and setup the light and camera the next day, and spent the rest of the week tweaking settings
