    Hi Bobby,

You're really churning them out fella.........!

As usual I feel the areas in shadow are too dark.

Some of the reflections in the windows could be a little more subtle.

Other that that looksa really good.

BTW what are you using for the plants and trees - look really good.

your showing alot of roofing in these visuals,

I think its time to add some modelling to the roof, add some valleys to where 2 roofs intersect etc.. a tile map just doesnt cut it in my opinion

we had a similar problem with our interiors, we were working up the visuals, happy with all the interior architecture untill we noticed that the ceilings were taking up more than 40% of the visuals but were tile mapped and only had basic light fittings, in offices there are usually smoke detectors, ventilation outlets etc.. same goes for your roof as the rest of the building looks good.

would agree on the dark shadows too...

        Roof

My monitor at home shows the image much brighter, but once in the office I agree with the shadows being to dark. I'll brighten them up and I also agree with the roof and will add more detail along with gutters. I'll post when updated, thanks for the assistance. My image always look much better have this review process

          House

I am using Evermotions trees. All poly, which I am finding works the best for me. Model and render on this is two days, but I'll probably spend the next couple evenings tweaking.

Bobby, I'm always a fan of your work, looks great, but don't forget to add the roofing caps as well!

              Roof caps

Thank you! I modeled this in MAX, but if I were to do it in Revit I have a family that just plops the roof vents in nicely.

i also like evermotion trees better ...althought their mats need some tweaking....otherwise they come out too saturated imo

                      Sun Warmth

Usually I add a PS color layer and fill it with fff2d3 with a 20% opacity, but I didn't on this one. I'll try it when I tweak everything else.
