Since Im still new to VRay, I wanted to test lighting for an exterior scene. I will admit that this model has a lot of flaws and some of the textures are horrible (the roof shingles), but I wanted only to look at lighting and since this model was readily available, I used this. In addition, I used this scene to try out some of archvision's RPC content to see if it is a suitable solution as opposed to high poly cars and vegetation. C&C welcome.

Not a huge amount to say about the images - the lighting is good, i prefer the last one. Yep the roofing stands out. If you need an alternative to high poly cars and foliage you should just proxy all your models and steer clear of those RPCs, they are pretty bad and will never react to your lighting setup convincingly. If you can afford them you should get hold of a few of Evermotions model dvds.
