Now that the game has been released I can finally post this.
While I was working at Eyeballnyc in New York City I was lucky to be a part of the team that produced a 60 second spot for Bioshock.

Vray was used for everything except the hair and volumetric effects.
I was responsible for creating shaders, lighting the environment and the characters, and rendering everything in layers so the compositers had plenty to work with. The compositers really did a great job bringing everything together as did everyone involved in the project.
