Syntheyes rocks. It's a very simple manual tracking process (I prefer that to auto) and a really quick solver. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Hi everyone and thank you all for the kind words!

@percy: It's mixed. Sometimes it's just cards from greeenscreen shootings sometimes they are 3d.

@Paul : True and that's not the only thing bugging us :P

@mikeh : Synth is great. It's a bit different and takes a few days to really get it, but then it's great and by far faster then anything i tried so far.
As for your second question i am not allowed to say, but you're aiming a little high there :P

@renderoo : As with most of our spots the model was supplied as a cad model. That still needs a lot of work and quite some parts need to be re-modelled (everything non-rigid, like seats, leatherparts and alike). It's simply impossible to achieve the amount of accuracy demanded in the timeframes given with modelling it all.

As it was asked a lot in other places post-production timeframe was slightly less then a month starting after the shooting including everything.

We just found out that accidently the wrong version was encoded for web. I will replace it with the final one tomorrow..

        Kind Regards,
        Thorsten
