looking pretty good. I'm just still a bit bothered by that sharp light right above the elevator.

Thanks Yep I agree re the light. I've not done any re-renders to correct it yet, just been trying some post. Will have another look at it in the week...

Some bloke who sits near me called Dan Brew - he's pretty s**t hot actually - do you know him?
<<Embarrassed>> I can't take any credit for this one, all your own work.

I really like the renders and I think that the post work has given them a really nice warm feel. Nice work!

Nice to hear about some fellow Vrayers on the Quays! I felt a bit lonely over here!

really nice work. Looks like a cool project as well

in terms of post work...a lot of it is just personal preference, but if its a marketing image you kind of need that bit of extra punch even at the expense of losing accuracy in how your materials look (to a certain point). I think it helps to get another opinion regarding how much tweaking is required from someone who may be the person looking through the newspaper/ on the sign. I think in general, brighter and more contrast is more noticable.

When you have done the job from start to finish and you are looking at it in terms of accuracy, i know it can be hard to butcher the image in PS!

Are you on the Quays too? Where are you? We're over on Broadway...

Thanks for the encouragement. I loved doing the project but you're v right re the accuracy thing. I was really loath to do any post until I saw how much warmer the results were. I'm now converted!
