I agree it is easier to afford these if you work in a larger shop...and it is easier to not feel guilty about disposing them if you don't use them.

No, it isn't a must have, I was just giving you another option that ensured your textures wouldn't look like everyone elses that buys the same cd of textures.

But don't buy it if you want to make money, you end up screwing with the darktrees forever and take away a lot of billable time.

Darktree is an absolute chore to get anything useful out of unless youre already quite good at making procedural maps. Even then, it takes an absolute age to do anything so its not all that good if you want to get jobs out quick.

The new image is really good, youve improved quite a lot in the past few months.
