What's the first thing i need to check when i get an image like this?

Everything is pretty much set to default. This is a high preset irradiance map with 60/30 hsphr/inerp and a lightcache.

Looks like light samples, up your subdivisions on your vraylights, store them with the irradiance maps, check it out.

You need more samples. Use -6/-2 50/20 and if that doesn't help up the Glbal Sub. Multy to 4

      Hope this helps

you can also put vraylights set to portal, there where the light is comming from.

are you using an HDRI for the lighting?

            I'd say IRmap -5,-3 10/20...global sub 16, global multi=16
            show me the money!!

Its abit risky just jumping in with the global multiplier at such high settings, dont forget it will affect all your light subdivs and mater subdivs as well.

I would be thinking its HDRI lighting like CJ mentioned. You might need to throw the HDRI onto a domelight. (if that is infact the case.)
