personally i think it looks a bit dark overall and may need a few elements to help separate the dark elements a bit better. because of this i think the ceiling stands out too much since it is white and everything else is dark. Its hard to explain but something isnt quite working in terms of the composition and i think it is because too much dark wood is used. This is more of a design issue though so in terms of the image i think it looks good.

its a bit hard to tell whats going on with the lighting. You have two desk lamps and a cabinet at the back that appear to be the only light souces?. Id work on getting a bit more light into the scene somehow but not so much that it makes the wood look flouro

Looks a little over saturated. I would bring the saturation levels down a bit.
