A quality render, obviously, but it is lacking something in my opinion. I can't quite put my finger on it: a bit 'dull'? a bit 'flat'? Its all just a bit bland IMhO - too evenly toned and lacking that little bit of 'oomph'.

I like the clean look, really nice floor textrure. One little thing with the bathtub, looks like it's beggin for some detail, joint lines or something...IMO
