C+C welcome. This is a personal design of an ocean front house. It's rendered with vray. The waterfall effect is done in photoshop. The water is falling from the edge of the swimming pool at the upper level.

Very beautiful composition and house, but something is disturbing me. I think it´s the blue light, seems too much blue to me.

no way!... keep the blue dude, I'm loving it! Gives a nice contrast to the interior.

      Water bump looks good too.

I agree with mcvltd. The blue is a nice contrast, the interior looks warm and inviting.

        Keep it!

        Maybe some caustics?

if anything you should make the interior more orange

very nice, also i had no idea what you were talking about when you said water fall, its too subtle and without a written description i wouldnt have picked it up.

I think if you toned down the blue just a tad, maybe 15%, and made the interior more orange, it would be an improvement. All in all, a nice image.

one other thing you might consider is making the interior light glow, just a little bit. It is lighter inside then out, you could do this in post.

Taking all of the great comments into consideration, this is what I've ended up with.

The blue seems much more natural and appealing now. Excellent render!

I kind of liked the other one with sharper water in the pool

Great render, but I have to agree that the interior would be more orange. I'm no photography expert but I guess you would need a longer exposure setting. Which would pick up more of the fluorescent lighting as well as the detail in the darker parts of the exterior. Hope I'm right
