1. absolutely amazing image!

when there's smt to crit, then maybe the bus sign on top of the lamp looks bit too stiff.
maybe some snow rests even in snow free areas, or maybe some roadsalt rests.
and the little flue gas cloud looks a bit off imo.

but what i'am talking about.. its a really stunning image!!!
do you have a higher res. maybe?

I'd say crop in vertically and add some atmospheric effects, steam, fog, etc...

I could have used that snow on a project i just finished...mine didn't even look close to how good yours does. Great image!

Fantastic work.
The only thing I'd change is the snow next to the street and trash bin: it should be much dirtier, like the lightpost. The rest is perfect. I like the atmosphere a lot. LLoking forward to see it in higher resolution
