Nice renders, but i can see some minor problems that u can solve easely, in the first image u have problems in some cornes with "white light", u can soften the hard edges also and i would change de floor map.I hope that can help.
OK then:
1st image - the yellow light behind the camera can be switched off. Add a vrayplane light shining in from those doors. or just move this yellow light behind the camera to be by the doors.
2nd image - is there a wall light outside there or is the moon a bit overbright?
3rd image - same as for image1. ....and your sunlight coming in from outside should be sharper.
General. Interior lights are never that bright as in image1 and 3 when you have sunlight coming in from the outside. except if your table lamp is a stadium light Those are the 1st things I would have looked at. Some of the veterans here can probably give you some other tips such as to get rid of the splotches and to get a cleaner image
