nice roof detail. I don't get the texture on the fascia, but other than great job.

        very nice.

Sun direction in the clouds is letting it down a bit though.

thanks for the comments so far guys, we will be adding people and addressing few issues for the final yet (like licence plate etc, putting a second bounce light inside the entrance hall to give it more lit feel...

            glorybound:
which fascia do u have in mind? the one on the old building?...if so...well its the detail i am figting with too, on the original old building it looks like this...but i might give it a slight burn on the edges to make it stand out a bit more

            RErender:
thanks man that is a good point.....strange i havent noticed i am usually very careful about thinng like this

            best regards

Very nice realistic feel to it. I like the brick texture on the 2 storey building.
Me and my fine-tooth comb think the lower roof tiles are tiling too much, but these are always difficult to get right, and the white parking line in the foreground doesnt look painted onto the tarmac, it looks extruded - although i know thats probably how you modelled it. Finally the RWP above the red brick should but-up against the white render?
But yeah nice, clients should be pleased with it.
