The overall lighting looks good, but I find it's a bit boring.
I'd put some furniture in the room on the left, and something on the wall behind the counter, like a painting.
You could add a small table with some magazines, and skirting (don't know if that's the proper translation) along the walls at the floor.

Looks good. You might improve it more with tighter crop from top and bottom: too much blank space. Try upping the sun multiplier 30%. Currently it looks that your reception lighting is stronger than the sunlight

That picture can be really nice without more details.......
Also, the lack of separation between the ceiling and walls doesn't help. generally they are two different materials. Maybe a nice shadow line on the edge of the ceiling would suit the style if this interior. Also a nice simple skirting may help as mentioned already. I'd also consider if there should be a dropped ceiling for an office or even something over the counter...but these are all design issues.
Glazing, door on left, light fitting and counter would all improve the scene by using more detailed and realistic objects.
Some glossy reflections on the floor and counter would help and i would raise the GI quality and resolution significantly once you add more light to the scene, there are many artifacts along all of the edges.
good for a starting point though and if the client is happy with it, thats all that matters! (isnt it?)
