I did some work a couple of years ago and while i was doing the work, the guy was found guilty of something dodgy and went out of business. Get this... he had investors to develop this project (high rise building) and decided to buy himself a boat instead with the money. Nice eh? Anyway i was never paid for my work. Hope you dont end up in a similarly crazy situation
