    Hi All,

I rarely get to do internals, therfore they are a little unknown to me. I've experimented a little with this scene and am quite happy with the results on both my (calibrated) monitor and in print. It looks a little washed out on the other monitor.

Basically this is how I got to this point:

    Vray Physical Camera
    Vray Sun/Sky
Vray Sphere lights in the uplighters
Vray Plane light covering the dowlighters
    HSV Exponential mapping
    Irradience map - Medium
    Light Cache
    Curves adjustment in PS
    Glow added in PS
    Plants added in PS

I have in the past seen people using Plane lights at window openings, but when I did this in my scene it got darker. Not sure I need them - or do I?

If you have any comments/opinions on this workflow I'd be very grateful. I'm hoping the help files internal scene tutorial will be updated for the Sun/Sky/Physical Camera system.

    Thanks,

PS. This was done with Max2009 and SP2

Nice and clean. Nice job with the plants in PS.

      Thanks Bobby,

I was reading your "Nordic" post earlier (very nice work mate), and wonder if my workflow differs much from yours?

        Workflow

The work flow seems the same, but I rarely use HSV Exponential. I usually use linear. I wouldn't have attempted the plants in PS, but you pulled it off well.
