Haven't posted for a while. These are finished except the last one which is very much a WIP.

    Hey, great work.
Love the lighting and contrast in the first two, also great trees.
The ambient lighting in the 3rd is very nice too.
Can you explain your lighting setup.

    Well done!

I like the first one but the flowers are too saturated, possibly the large vase also. Where is the development?

          Trees

Nice images. I like the trees as well... are they images?

Thanks. Trees are onyx, lighting on the last one is an hdri on a vray light dome. I agree about the saturation problems in the 1st image.

nice...but...in the last one, shouldn't there be a window in the pop-up on the house on the far left? It's typically what those are all about.

                Onyx

Any tips in using Onyx? I have tried, but can't achieve anything half as nice.

Glorybound, the only tip I have is patience because of the huge file sizes. I'm sure I used a preset pine tree and changed the density etc. to what my machine could handle. Proxy of course. Materials might be the most important thing, hard to get realistic shades of green. Fake highlights for speed (max standard material)... much trial and error.

The houses in the last image are all being completely redesigned and production is in limbo for now.
