my only critique is that I don't know what the image is trying to sell, it appears to be art for its own sake rather than selling any product or design. So I wonder is it just a portfolio piece or was it done for a client and for what reason? (Of course I do see the two company logo's there, however I doubt either sell ever motion hands, or perfume...)

Looks like displacement to me.

Cant really pick anything out in the image... what it does, it does with no faults.

Whats creating the warm ambient hue on the left side of the first image? Its not a criticism just curious. The right side is very blue where the sunlight is coming through the door, then the left looks a little like it should be dusk outside. Again, it could be my grubby contacts.
