The perspective is deceptive.
Something is definitely wrong with the scale. Look at the truck at the far right of the first picture - compared to the trees behind it either the truck is about 3 feet tall or the trees are about 200 feet tall. I also am having serious doubts that the building can fit in the clearing that's evident in the original photo - it just looks too big for that site. I'd also either add in some background trees or change the sky to blue so the building doesn't blend into the sky so much.

The second on is harder to pin down but I doubt those cars could make the size tire tracks that are visible in the foreground. Also, I think you need to edit the background a bit to remove the trees from the center. In your montage it looks like the trees are growing out of the building, not sitting behind it.

Looks nice, reminds me of Herzog & de Meuron minimalist style architecture. The second pic the proportion of the building and cars looks a little strange though, they look small compared to the trees and bushes in the actual photo. I kind of get the feeling the 3d should be scaled up a little bit.

Holy crap, yeah i see what you mean now. Those trees are like something out of lost. Awesome.

Lighting looks great for both day and night. The scale of the vehicles is off (look at the tread marks on the road in the existing image and then look at the scale of your modeled vehicles. Overall renders looks really nice!
