A night time representation of the building. tried a different technique with this one this time - lit by a vraylightmaterial mapped on a sphere + many spots and sphere vraylights
The quality of the image is really nice but i must ask you why have you chosen this composition? I remember that all of your renderings were really nicely framed, in a way a professional photographer or a painter would do it.
This one is really tight on the left, while it leaves too much sky on the right.
Was it important to show the building in the back, can't you crop it out? Or possibly move or model the building to the left (it seems like its a photo) and show more of it?

You are right, this was not my initial choice. such an image can not be really taken on site since it is actually hidden by other buildings that way. but the client wanted it to be seen so that this facade will be dominant.
here is a previous version combined into a photo (the new top floors in this option were done the same as below) we like this one better also because of the slim look the building has this way. (no 3d here - just some ps editing)
Nothing! we added 4 more stories to it by editing in PS using the new vanishing point feature - at first the architect planed the new addition with the same cladding. only later it changed to a glass cladding system for that new section, so we had to model the thing.
