Very nice design and render, only a couple crits:

The curtain in front of the window seems to be a little too diffuse, unless that's the whole idea? Also your floor tiles have some noise in them, maybe because of the bump/reflectionmap having no blur at all.

Are the tiles in the toilet bump or geometry?

Looks great! Those white tiles in the WC are about the best and most realistic looking I've seen. Care to show a wireframe or show the material setup?

I think the floor looks good, personally. Looks like what they call pebbled slate.

I like the little details like showing the track for the sliding door. Adds to realism

Render with dof is very nice ! Desing is cool but I dont like this floor bro I think is too noisy
