Nice work up there. My main crit is your site is VERY slow and takes away from the feeling of quality. Of course, it could just be my machine which is a Intel core duo laptop with 2GB ram running Vista.
          Kind Regards,

I think our server just throttles the bandwidth slightly when it gets busy - over the past few days we've pimped it out a fair bit and the director was a huge event last night, so it's probably taking a bit more of a hit than usual.

It was pretty snappy the other day, i'll give the web guy the heads up to check the stats.

Fantastic work, I started off feeling in awe then at end of clip I was just depressed

mind telling me how many people you have working on an average project, render farm/resourcesetc,
it all looks very very professional,
              cheers,
              Tom

All 3 images posted in the OP were done by just one person I think, with some modeling help along the way. (the top did have the modeling split between anyone who was free at the time if I remember rightly)

We only tend to get small teams forming on jobs with a serious number of images/tight deadlines or large animations. Couldnt really say what they average project is, theres a pretty even mix.

Render farm is 30 dual quads, same as all the workstations. It's not huge, but with a decent level of communication around and nobody taking the piss we very rarely have any issues (and those that do crop up are small, and just make for a few tense days).
