    I really like the first one. Very strong composition and execution.

    I'm afraid the second one seems to be lacking any focal interest though...

    That said I really like what you've done to the floor in the second one. Have you used a map on the reflection or ref glossines to get that result?

    Hope that's the sort of stuff you're after...

      I would have to agree with olly, I like the first one better. That red wall and angle of the silver soffit ceiling really catch your eye. Both are solid renders, great job.

        I too agree with the both of you. Unfortunately the client wanted a shot that encompassed both the elevator lobby and the hallway in one shot. The big empty wall right in the middle of the comp drives me nuts, but they are paying so its not up to me .

        Olly, The reflections on the floor in the second image were done with an exr of the raw reflection pass in PS. I went over the top just to try to get your eyes away from that empty wall, but it didn't work out as well as I had hoped.
