        Yes, itĀ“s a parray particle system connected to selected faces in combination with the
        mesher tool... finetunings done with the relax modifier...

        there was tutorial on evermotion.org to get snow on trees and objects.

          this is marvelous. i wish i was there.
          in fact it's now snowing heavily here in switzerland.
          so i'm looking forward to a white xmas.

            There was a script awhile back that dropped snow on objects...worked pretty good if i remember correctly. Have to have a look for it.

                Nice image! I tried the same tutorial but had a lot of trouble getting good and fast results out of it. Instead I used the snowmaker script to do my scene. Would have been nice to get snow on the bushes like yours...

                  Very nice! I'm working on a snow scene aswell (I tried to use that tutorial on evermotion but It kept crashing my little dual core machine) .
