Overall it's pretty cool. Looks rather nice. I do have some crits however. The vignetting is a bit too much. The lighting seems odd, in the bottom right corner that grass seems lit by sunlight, or a stadium light, then deeper in the pic it seems dusky, then the car at the back with the headlight that is on, seem to have some major lensglare or something going on that effects the whole pic...

If I manually crop the image by closing everything with my hand except the building, then the building looks actually awesome with the lights coming from it.

not too bad, I'd agree with the comments about the building lighting. It's interesting. But it doesn't get the focus it deserves because the cars and parking lot take up over half the image. I'd crop, add more sky, zoom in a bit and de focus on the cars. my 2c
