    Hi,

These were prepared fo a mini-brochure. Much of the funiture was free found on the web as no budget for models, the rest made by me. Don't get to do many internals so c&c welcome.

    nice

Good work - the handrail in the foreground isnt convincing however. Be worth improving this.

Nice job. Good job matching the interior/exterior with BG.
I would try to improve the curved soffit vents, or model a real joint at each jaggy.
For a brochure, you may want to tidy up that magazine sitting on the floor.
The couch with red cushions, something about the couch material looks odd but I can't describe more...the foreground couch looks better.

        Thanks guy's,

Yes, the handrail could use some attention.

The vents do need a joint at the intersection. The furthest sofa does look different to the nearer, but I couldn't figure why.

        Cheers

I think the exterior wooden floor on the second shot looks way too perfect and this makes it unrealistic. Desaturate the texture some, and add a reflection map (imperfection) with glossiness to it. It will increase the realism imo.
