For some reason I don't like the checker pavement too much, but it is just personal taste, probably because the glossiness is too uniform and clean. As you said you need some girl in the scene to dirty things around!

I'm digging it. Nice lighting, I like the women's shoes... nice detail. I think the only thing that's bugging me is the exterior looks a bit duotoned, but that might just be me.
