Interesting building. I'd just be a bit bolder with the lighting and the specular levels on the materials to prevent the images looking a little 'flat'. The contrast could be upped and the sun intensity (and likewise the shadows) could be a lot stronger.
Try and get the lighting to make you 'squint' when you look at it.
nice done! I do see some minor fringing issues with some of your comped in 2d foliage though.
Yeah, I noticed this too right away. Use the "remove white matte" or "defringe" tools in photoshop to get rid of the white borders on some of the trees/shrubs. I'd also remove any people in the extreme foreground, maybe even the car too as they tend to be very distracting.... even if they are motion blurred.
Is the grass done with VRScatter? Looks great!! Nice work overall.
Thanks for the comments, unfortunatelly the defringe command and demask doesnt work for me for some reason....does it work on images with alpha mask?
the foliage was comped in very quickly, as the projest deadline was rushed a lo tfrom the clients side, and we had to do it overnight on all the shots.
the grass in 3D displacement only on the 1st top image, the rest is combined 3d displacement and photo...
the white car )) well yes it is a bit distracting, but again, it was on the wishlist from client what can you do , they wanted the street filled with cars, without motion blur, they looked really stupid and hard so we had to blur them and make them a bit transparent.
....the white cladding is quite reflective plastic so its very hard to pick some more shadows on it
....the ivys....they were done with the old soft "ivy generator" not with the current max plugin from guru, which has the vertex color properties perfectly implemented so one doesnt have to spend ages on it.

Defringe won't work on layers with an alpha mask, like you said. In case you don't know how, just right click the mask and choose apply mask.
