HOw can u do the walls so white?

    It doesn't seems so bad

In which part of the room do u think that?

Maybe the base of the wall where the light pass through the wall and the floor? Or what?

I think that with much indirect illumination vray lose some details shadows, but I'm not a great user of this great package if u can help me with this some problem I'll appreciate so much

Can U send parameters for material if (wrapper) for the wall, lighting settings, and rendering parameters for vray?

Congratulation for your works always very clear and good quality THEMAXXER

I really know what you mean Maxer!

Are you using phonton map? If so try only with irradiance map...

Try the option check sample visibility....

Hi Maxxer, I have been meaning to see what happens if the corners are rounded or chamfered, our modeles are always perfect corners but in real life they are rounded. maybe this way some light will bounce back out of the corners, just an idea but maybe ....

no codec language, only know how...!

to GoncaloP: yes, I'm using photon maps, do u think it relais on these

                THANKS for the reply

                It is an interpolation problem?

which values did u uses for interior Interpolation samples?

However I think it is not so bat (the dark corners) I think is more bad the high bleeding sometimes, but unfortunately I'm not a great user of VRAY!!

I was never able to get good results with phonton map... and this is the major reason, try irradiance map instead, It would be easier and cleaner, and probably faster

                            Maxer,

I dont have the maps here, so I didnt use the maps

I m using viz 4, so I cant send you the scene back, but you can try this:

                            Image size: 640x576
                            Irradiance map: Defaults (-3,0)

                            Phonton map parameters:

From your settings I ve change Retrace threshold to 0, unckeck auto search dist and change the Max density to 3.0, to prevent memory issues with phontons. Then on Vray light properties, you can increase the light subdivisions without problems.

                            Direct02 - Diffuse subdivisions 1500, multiplier 2,0
                            Vraylight01 and 02- Diffuse sub. 1000, multiplier 0,1.

                            Gonçalo
