what did you exclude? the blinds? thanks for sharing with us. I rendered the scene (cornerwindow3) on vray latest demo, athlon 1900xp 1 gig pc2100 ddr ram in 1 hr 14 min. kinda long for vray scene no?

BTW, you can use the instance option, will be a bit faster...
The warnings are the same that have always been in the VRay log file. The messages may help you debug materials etc. if there are things like splotches occuring. Keep in mind that you will get warnings for all overbright areas, and that this doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong. For instance HDRI reflections should give a warning.
Unless you get errors in your rendering or are very curious about the output in the window you can turn it off.
