  • Wood Bridge on a small blue River

    Hi all !
a few minutes to build this scene.
All objects, trees, bush, stones, rocks and the river (except the bridge) are made with Gaelica and are all animated.
Nothing to do or just a bit...
I ' m not satisfied with my light.I have to work on it.

If the link doesn't work copy/paste that link in a new explorer window.

      Some adjustments...

Here are some adjustments but not in the light yet.
Thanks R2J2 to tell me that it is to much sturated.
I do have a new screen and I think I have to much contrasted it
and so the image may be wrong on other screens.I'll arrange it.
      Any advice for a iiyama MA901U ??
My other screen is a simple LCD one and The images are quite bad
      on it.
It is difficult to setup a screen, always a problem.
I 'm going to make more contrast now.
Well,I have worked over the river texture as well as the Rocks.
Mossy Rocks are to much green and I will change that.

I also have tested the animation that works well, the river flows to quicly
but the result is very interesting. The trees and bush move lightly.
Gaelica is easy to use indeed.
The files is : 2 Mb
For those who have fast connection.

        Screen adjustment

Well, I've tried to setup my screen better.
It's a bit better I Think, but maybe will need more adjustments.

I ' ve rearrange the image too.

It might be more contrasted for you. It's better on my LCD.But not like on
        my crt screen.

So tell me how you recieve it.
For me , it's a bit too dark now ! Never happy !

        Bye all !

            About Gaelica ...!

Well sorry R2J2, I haven't seen Your question about Gaelica.

So it is a set of several 3D tools working in Max.
They are used as script to not use memory like plugins.
You call them when you want by a special rollout.

As the trees plugins are a bit expensive, they build some in script.
The result is enough for many situations. There is no problem of compatibility with Max as they are made by max tools.

As the concept seemed to give some good results with trees, other tools
have been made to create a scene easily and quickly.

So now there are about 7 different trees that give many varius randomly trees as you need. They are textured and animated.
There are about 6 bushes randomly build in One click, animated and textured.
There are 2 ButterFlies with random animation trajectories.
A river with rocks.animated and textured.
Waterfalls and grass that is going to turn into flowers maker.

Some birds are to be to coming, other trees and bushes and other
            kinds of river borders.
All that is not free, the good thing, it's very very cheap.
There is only one free thing : a light Arboretum with one tree only.

thanks mate, it does seem like a good landscaping tool (good quality & it seems like great working speed) I'll have to check it out.

              Cheers
