Usually you do that with a VRayBlendMtl material, blending between several (usually 3) glass materials with different refraction colors (red, green, blue) and slightly different IORs.

Yes, it all works great... The dispers' colours came out in the caustics as well, as it is supposed to happen.
I just didn't liked it - it was too colourish inside the diamond, so i just kept the IOR equal.
