Hi everybody, here are some of the latest vray images of mine.

I did not do the package design, but all the renderings are mine...

Sorry for the background color, but they are made for my webpages..

If you go to my http://www.wide3d.no/ webpages you can find some more variations...(in the portfolio section)

    good work!
how did you do the droplets? displacement?
for my taste the droplets could have a slightly higher ior, so the print gets a little bit more distorted, but otherwise very good.

    cheers,

      Very nice!

I like the droplets and can. They have a very classic, studio almost illustrative look up close. From far away it looks great too but what I really like is your cardboard. Does it have a waxy finish to it? Care to share the settings?

          A_K,

My thought exactly- a "refreshing change" and
          a very good job.

              Wow!!!!!

Inspirational work. I feel like I could almost reach into my monitor and grab a can. Imagine what your images would look like on a VR headset.

Keep 'em coming. While you're serving up drinks, can you knock a gin and tonic?

Looks good to me, but I'd expect to see some refraction behind those
                droplets?...

                Regards,

Ugh. After close inspection, its refracting after all but quite unnoticable...

mhm.... it´s great to show images but i think if someone ask a question he should at least get an answer.

and if the only answer is: thats my secret.

Sorry for not responding to any questions.... I quess I was a bit busy when posting this....

The droplets are displacements, and the cardboard have a slight reflection with glossy set to 0.95...seems a bit high to me now, but I guess it got blured a bit extra due to the interpolation I used...

The droplets have an refraction IOR of 1,33 and should be "correct"...

all the depht of field are done i post with "frichluft lenscare"

winberg, you should check your portfolio section - it has three "faulty" links. It's the three links second from the bottom that goes to the Pusnes Maritime instead of the silver-gold balls and the Earth thingy.

                        Nice work.

Are the can and the droplets 2 different surfaces or did you displace the can surface and apply water mat to the droplets only one way or another? I'm a bit confused about how to create something like this. Any tips would be much appreciated!

                            thanks,
