A selection of recent work done for a Swedish prefab housing company.

A little bit of faked horizon fog and horizon photoshopping otherwise all vray & vrayscatter. Trees are the same ones I made for my farnsworth house job, as is the short grass. There are some xfrog flowers mixed in to the lawn, a volvo amazon from www.the3dstudio.com, some evermotion models and a cool chair by fjord fiesta that came from www.designconnected.com.

Both day & dusk scenes were lit by my own HDR skies together with a vraysun. [shameless plug] 1725 Sun Clouds and 1928 Dusk Sun [/shameless plug]

      Sick as always Pete!
One thing that puzzles me... how do the daisies survive the recent mowing?

Great showcase for your HDRI's... good stuff !

          Looking awesome!
I might get lynched for this, but, I am finding the grass (material only) looking odd in the first 4 images.
The others it's looking great, but just my opinion, so many kinds of grass out there.
Great stuff, i love the water and pebbles, especially.

thanks! actually I think you're right re: the grass. I've never tested the grass with anything other than a sunny, middle of the day setup, and to my eye (in retrospect) it definitely needs a bit of work material wise. In this case though I couldn't afford to spend any more time on it. Not so much care went into the scattering/positioning of the grass either, but I can live with it. Pebbles and water were a rush job, turned out ok surprisingly!

quality, as always. I think I like the last five images the most, even though I'm much more fascinated by the work you did on grass and pebbles than the houses themselves. in a way the surrounding elements kind of win over the architecture, which is maybe not what I would expect from a prefab houses catalogue but it makes for a set of very pleasing illustrations.

Bombastic renders. OMG Very good lightning comes from yours HDRI's. Good an crisp renders top quality again, hats off. The only thing that bothers me a little is the grass on some spots, it looks too CG.
                      Best regards,
                      Andrian
