Two weeks in V-Ray? it just proves that it is the artist and not the software! Wonderful images.

          Very nice lighting and composition.
However, what disturbs me is seeing all those archmodels: some of the vegetation shows repetitive patterns, and that dry sticks' vase is overly annoying (just because i have seen it what, a gazillion times?).
I'd be curious to see where you'll be with another few weeks of work, however

The only problem with critisizing archmodels is that other cg guys are the only ones who care - clients dont, and it gets the work done faster.
I'd never touch them in personal work though.

Tolgahan - Nice images! The living and kitchen ones are really good.

                Amen to that!

I disagree: i take great satisfaction in giving each client something unique, and they know it.
How long can it take to model something like a vase with ten dry sticks popping out?
                  10 minutes?
That's 10 minutes well spent imho: you get your own model, built to spec and with subsequent use in mind, not some half-assed mesh where you have to go fiddle with elements to change anything at all.
Any time, i'd rather have a base cage and subdivs controls, than a frozen mesh.

Don't underestimate the client's eye either, they lurk around forums more than you may think.

How did you achieve that 'miniature look' with those island shot close ups?

all work is great. Like the miniatures. Those dolphins are a bit huge though. Almost as big as the ship.
                              Everything else is perfect!
                              Kind Regards,
