House in the Bay of Islands

Recent job for a holiday retreat in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand. Played for a long time with caustics for the pool. It seems there needed to be quite a lot of noise amplitude on the surface of the water before the caustics looked good, but then the surface of the water looked like a stormy sea. In the end just turned them off completely.

Nice and clean but I think the textures could do with more work. The interior wood looks very flat and oversaturated on my monitor.

Ive been to the Bay of Islands...what a lovely place that is ! I stayed in the Pipi patch hostel. Great evening BBQ's
