Myself I'd like to know more about the bake3d utility. However, try at http://www.vray.info
Concerning your image, IMO the materials are too saturated, and the directly lit wall is obviously outwashed. The floor reflections are too perfect compared to the texture map (diffuse), adding some bump or glossiness to the reflections might help. Finally, in the diffuse slot of the concrete material, go to the coordinate rollout and lower the blur to 0.1. This should make the concrete look much crisper, more detailed.
What will this image be used for? Is it just a testimage, do you want to test bake utility with this scene?
I think your floor is way to reflective and polished to be that kind of wood. Also the light on the back is too bright. Try adjusting your light multipliers and play with exponential color mapping to avoid this.
Maybe add some variation in the room model, it's a bit boxy right now.
Thank you for your comments on this.
The scene was indeed to test the baking utility of vray it was not intendeed to be photorealistic.
But yeah you are absolutly right on your comments and have already amend part of the image.
I have written to Vlado see if he can give me some tips on baking.
