    Floor texture
    Texture on table in foreground
    + mesh
    Baggrund too low resolution
Sub pixel mapping (inside floorlamp over exposes)
    Other than that... not bad

you could also add slights and subtle imperfection to the glossiness of your material to make them more believable.

To paint glossiness map, I use photoshop brushes like on this website:http://www.brusheezy.com/
It is very tricky to dose the glossiness map correctly, a very small change of brightness in photoshop will change the look a lot. you can adjust the map with the color correct curve inside of max map settings.

It's a nice shot and you've got some really nice elements in there, but here are a couple of suggestions on top of what's already been said:
        - Have you used any Ambient Occlusion? I frequently paint (in broad strokes) further dirt/occulsion and use that to add balance to images.
        - There appears to be blinds out of the balcony? But visually they look no different to the soffit panel above it. Maybe you could use a 2 sided material or some refraction to get some light coming through the material?
        - I would say the same regarding the lampshade and the Plant.
        - The marble top on the near right corner looks like it could do with some tweaks in the material in terms of Reflect/Highlgiht Glosiness maps?
        - The white leather looks a bit sterile? Maybe you could improve the material with cleaver use of diffuse/bump maps?
        - Some of the modelling looks like it lacks any chamfers on the corners.
        - The rug looks very thick and as if it is slamming through the floor?

        Hope that helps.
