I bet some of you find the scenes to be a bit plain and empty - but that is because it is vacation appartments and therefore not too much decoration.

very nice and clean images and far enough details. The floor could have a little more roughness i think....looks a bit washed out in my opinion.

I'm not sure, I think the floor works personally (as a polished slate look)

Please come with a tip or something for the floor =) It isn't slate, its an "undefined darker grey tile at x cm * x cm with thin lightgrey spacing" (you probrobly all tried such a client)

Nice clean renders, but there s a couple of point that get my attention, the floor right, maybe you could go with some bitmaps of marble\granite or some kind of real stone. You have a good map for the ceiling but it seems to be missing the rail geometry, look like a bump map with the diffuse texture, there s a lot of white too, maybe you could go with a little bit more ambiance and\or mood to lit the scene maybe something cooler in the blue shade or warmer tone in the orange, sunset-sunrise works pretty good for a vacation theme and it would help to get rid a bit of the predominant white in your pics, some part of the images seem almost flat, but at the same time I know how hard it can be to lit completly white scene, its a though balance...try a vray2sided mat for the kitchen lamp cover, again they look flat completly white, keep up the good work your render are clean.

the light fixtures need a base, your cables are going directly to the ceiling, it looks weird!!...I agreed about the floor, they look like tile map & smoke map then the spotches have contuinity thru different tiles (it is not right).
