Great image! Brings back memories. Looks like it could be out of a (new) game!
I have fond memories of my first computer- an AppleII i got when my uncle upgraded to the first Mac. ran off floppy discs with and OS based on the BASIC language. some fun games, but funny seeing how blocky they look now.
    The Original Castle Wolfenstein:

Caption: 'The Commodore 64 version of the game (released in 1983) featured improved graphics over the original Apple II version.' lol!

The Quest games on the AT (8086) were great- Kings Quest, Police Quest, Space Quest, and Leisure Suite Larry. Then the XT (286) came out and it was like 'wow, these graphics are amazing!' Spent many hours playing Prince of Persia. Dragons Lair looked awesome and Day of the Tentacle was funny.

They don't make 'em like they used to. Anyone know of any good quest games released recently? The Tomb Raider series are good.

The C64 Castle Wolfenstein was great. I think it was one of the first games to actually use voice.

            you guys are such geeks!

I was the high score guy at the local pizza joint for some game, but I forget now. You flew a plane over these places and dropped bombs. Any clues? The name would help jog this old man's memory.

              1942?

I love seeing modern artwork inspired by video games. Great Image!

Dusan this is around 1987-1990. Over that period of time Amiga was really popular in YU.

Codi ... yeah that song is funny... there is one music band that's playing old computer music, check: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLWw1OpDrpI

1942 was my favorite game on C64... but it was so difficult after some point. Although there were no bombs in 1942, maybe you guys are talking about Falcon Patrol?

                        Thanks everybody!

MY next door neigbour used to have an amiga, i know i was dissapointed that we couldn't share games.

I had no idea that cannon fodder was so old, i remember playing it on a pc much later, early 90s or so.

                                Anyone remembers total carnage?
