It's fall... I purchase the itree vol 1 and used them in this scene. The building, like the thread title says, is an elder care facility.

I think some of the materials could do with some tweaking.
Everything is a little flat. Some glossy reflections will bring out the different surfaces a lot more.

autumn in an elder care facility.....lol....not much optimistic
i agree with Chris, give the materials a bit more work perhaps and maybe try to apply some film effects and CA either in NIK or through motiva real camera to take of the 3D edgeMartin

Maybe a bit more variation in the grass....especially near the curb and sidewalk edges....kinda looks like carpet right now. Not sure how it was done but the adjusted (blurry) one is better...the original was too crisp against the background. Great scene by the way!-----Dwayne D. Ellis-----

It's a lot better. I think you could start using artificial lighting in such a dusky image. I really like this one. Now you're only left with technicalities like getting the grass to look better, and maybe defining the green thing in the foreground.Dusan Bosnjak

thanks. it didn't start as a dusk shot... I rendered linear float using the vrimg file so I had total control in post... it was a beautiful thing! Autograss broke so I have to work on the grass without a plugin.Bobby Parker
