Night Shot Test

This is an image I messed with for a long time to make it look nice. I wanted to mimic some of the nice night lighting I have seen in arch photography. I think it looks okay, but I want feedback to make it look better. What do you think?

I think I know what u wanted to achieve... Not sure if u get there... Id go lower with light, more contrast, more interesting textures... And maybe even try HDRI blending.... For now it looks a bit wash out, but still a nice image.

I would just tone down the sky a bit more. The rest looks pretty good to me.

I'd like to see a bit more contrast. Take your GI light down a bit and saturate it a bit more blue and let's see it!

Hey Adam, Great Image!! But I didn't know you actually did work for someone else? When do you find time?

The lighting is gorgeous but I agree with Colin; just a bit too much GI. The contrast between the sidewalk and the adjacent planter walls is too great and doesn't seem natural. I'd expect it would be a bit darker and bluer out at the street. You want the house to stand out more by making it brighter and warmer. But, the thing that really kills it for me is the landscaping. Too much of that spiky purple flower. I'd use a less intensely purple landscape scheme that doesn't distract from the house.

Again, great image but I wouldn't show it around here. They might start asking for night renders too.

I like this, I think the house itself looks really good, but I agree with Craig that there is too much of the purple flower. Also where the street light catches the leaves from the trees looks a bit odd, I think maybe the leaf texture needs a bit of tweaking, maybe a bit more transparent, though I know they are damn difficult to get right!

I love the reflection map on the road, looks really nice!
